Queens Park I

From dark and cramped to filled with light and connected to the outside. This one-bedroom ground floor flat was a challenging brief.

We stripped out everything to provide a blank planning canvas which allowed us to add an ensuite bathroom to the existing two-bed, one-bath configuration. Adding a side return extension created a large kitchen and eat-in dining room that is flooded with light and seamlessly flows out into the garden. This complete transformation has given our clients a comfortable and spacious home, with much needed additional space, storage and light.
